I’m Ahmed from Sharjah and I’ve been using this broker for about 6 months, mainly for EURUSD and gold with modest position sizes. Execution has been consistent for me and the platform tools are strong, especially for tracking orders and risk. Spreads look fair most of the time, and I haven’t had any surprise behavior around news. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the overall onboarding and account setup process felt more complicated than it needed to be, with lots of steps and confirmations. Once everything was active, the day-to-day trading experience became smooth. Deposits worked on the first try, and withdrawals arrived, but the timeline was more “a few business days” rather than fast. Support was polite and answered clearly when I asked about verification and withdrawal status.

I’m Mariam from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading majors and gold on and off for the last 6 months. My overall experience with Dukascopy has been positive, mostly because execution feels consistent during normal market hours and I haven’t had surprise re-quotes. The main downside for me is the learning curve. The platform has a lot of features, but it took time to find the settings I needed (order defaults, chart templates, and risk controls). Once I set everything up, it became much smoother. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawals went through, but they weren’t instant for me—more like “processed in a couple of business days,” which is fine but not the fastest. Support was polite and helpful when I asked about account verification and a platform setting, but responses were not always immediate during peak hours. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re comfortable with a more advanced setup and you value stability over a super simple interface.
