Sneha from Chennai. I submitted a $500 withdrawal request on 8 April to my bank account. The website mentioned 2–3 working days, but it crossed 5 working days and I only got a generic reply from support. No proactive update, no transaction reference, just “wait for processing.” Please improve communication and stick to the timeline you show on the portal.

Rahul (New Delhi). 20 May ko $500 withdrawal request kiya tha to my bank transfer. KYC already approved hai and earlier withdrawal aa chuka hai. Is baar 4 working days ke baad bhi credit nahi aaya. Support ko mail kiya to woh same KYC docs fir se mang rahe hain without explaining why. Please either process fast or give proper reason and expected date.

Arjun (Mumbai) here. 14 May ko withdrawal request dala tha (bank transfer/IMPS). Portal pe status pehle ‘processing’ tha, phir 3 din tak koi update nahi. Support chat pe bola 2-3 working days lagte hain, but aaj 6th working day ho gaya and amount abhi tak account me nahi aaya. Maine ticket number aur bank details same hi bheje, phir bhi they asked again for statement screenshot. Please clear timeline do.

Priya from Kochi. I requested a withdrawal to my bank account on 3 June (netbanking linked account). It’s been 5 working days and the dashboard still shows “processing”. Support emailed back after a day saying it can take “up to 7 working days” but no reason and no reference number for the bank transfer. This is frustrating because deposits were instant but withdrawals are not predictable.
