I’m Ahmed based in Dubai and I’ve been using Bellpotter mainly for longer-term FX and index positions rather than fast scalping. Order fills have been consistent for my style and I like that the platform feels geared toward proper investing, not just flashy trading. The account opening process was straightforward, but the document checks took a bit longer than I expected. Deposits landed without any surprises and the account reporting is clear. Where I think they can improve is the mobile experience—some screens feel a little heavy, and moving between watchlists and open positions takes more taps than it should. Support was polite and followed up, but I had to wait for an email reply instead of getting everything resolved in one live chat session. Overall I’m comfortable keeping a portion of my capital here, especially for steady trading, but I’d love to see a cleaner app flow and faster first-response times from support.

I’m Ahmed from Abu Dhabi and I opened a Standard account mainly to trade FX alongside some longer-term positions. The trading platform has been stable for me and I like the clarity of the statements and end-of-month reporting—everything is easy to reconcile. My only frustration was the onboarding/KYC back-and-forth. Nothing dramatic, but it felt like each step needed an extra email to confirm something small. Once the account was live, execution and general usability were fine. Deposits were straightforward. Withdrawals arrived, but not as fast as I’m used to with some other brokers. Support is polite and professional, just not always immediate during peak hours. Overall: good experience for a more “traditional” broker feel, with room to speed up admin processes.
