I’m Ananya from Kolkata and I’ve been using Bellpotter mainly for swing trades and occasional hedges on major FX pairs. Overall it’s been a stable experience: pricing feels consistent and I haven’t faced random disconnections during normal market hours. Account opening/KYC was straightforward, though it took a bit of back-and-forth because my documents had to match exactly (not a big deal, just time-consuming). Execution has been fine for my style (I’m not scalping), but the platform UX feels a little dated and there are a couple of extra clicks compared to brokers that are more trading-focused. Deposits were credited without drama, but withdrawals weren’t always as quick as I expected—my first one took longer than the timeline I had in mind, and I had to check with support once to confirm the status. Support was polite and clear, just not instant. Net-net: good reliability and decent overall service, but I’d love a smoother app/web experience and slightly faster payout processing.

I’m Layla in Sharjah and I opened a Standard account mainly to keep my FX trades alongside longer-term positions. The platform has been stable for me and order placement has been straightforward, especially during normal market hours. I also like the end-of-month statements and how the trade history is presented—it’s easy to reconcile with my own journal. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the account setup process felt more manual than I expected. Verification took a couple of back-and-forth emails, and the portal UX could be smoother. Once everything was active, the day-to-day experience improved a lot. Overall: dependable for my style (mostly major pairs, moderate frequency). If they modernize the onboarding flow and make a few UI tweaks, it would be close to perfect for me.
