I’m Nazia from Mumbai and I’ve been trading mainly EURUSD and XAUUSD on an ACY Standard account for the last 6 months. Platform setup was quick and MT5 execution feels fast during normal market hours. Spreads are generally okay for my style (short intraday trades), though they widen during major news which I expected. Deposit by card worked on the first try and the balance reflected quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that some non-trading charges (conversion/processor fees) weren’t super obvious to me at the start, so I had to ask support to explain the breakdown. Support responded politely and didn’t try to oversell anything, which I appreciated. Overall, a solid experience for regular spot FX trading, just wish the cost summary was more transparent inside the client portal.

I’m Arjun Iyer from Mumbai and I’ve been trading on ACY for about 6 months on a Standard account. My main focus is intraday trades on majors and gold, and overall the execution has been reliable with minimal requotes in my sessions. Spreads are generally fine during liquid hours, though I do notice they can widen around major news releases (not unexpected, but it’s noticeable). Deposits were straightforward and credited without surprises. The trading platform itself feels stable, but the mobile experience could be smoother—switching between charts and order tickets sometimes feels a bit laggy. Support has been helpful when I had a small question about my account settings; I got a clear reply within the same day. I’m giving 4 stars because the core trading experience is good, but there’s room to improve the overall app/UI polish and the clarity around trading conditions during volatile periods.
