Rahul (New Delhi). Blackwell pe 250 USD ka withdrawal bank transfer se request kiya tha last week. Ab 7 working days ho gaye aur amount credit nahi hua. Ticket raise kiya, reply aaya “under review”, but uske baad koi solid update nahi. Deposit IMPS se tha aur KYC complete hai. Please pending withdrawal clear karo ya exact reason batao delay ka.

Priya from Kochi. I placed a withdrawal request of 300 USD to my debit card last Tuesday evening. It has crossed 6 working days now. My earlier withdrawal took 3 days, so I’m confused why this one is stuck. Support keeps replying that it’s with the payments team and asked me to wait another 24-48 hours, but they’ve said the same thing twice already. I need a proper status update and expected completion date.

Arjun (Mumbai). Maine Blackwell Standard account se 500 USD withdraw request dala bank transfer pe. Request Monday morning (10:30am) ko submit kiya tha, aaj 5th working day ho gaya aur status abhi bhi “processing” hi dikhata hai. Support chat pe bola “finance team is checking”, but koi reference/ETA nahi diya. KYC already approved hai, aur deposit UPI (PhonePe) se tha. Please exact timeline confirm karo aur transaction tracking share karo.
