I’m Sara Hassan from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading part-time alongside my day job. I opened a Standard account with Blackwell about six months ago mainly for majors (EUR/USD, GBP/USD) and a bit of gold. The good: the platform is straightforward, order execution has felt consistent during normal market hours, and spreads on majors have been reasonable for my style (I do short intraday trades, not heavy scalping). Depositing was simple and my balance updated quickly. The not-so-good: withdrawals have been a bit unpredictable. It’s not that I couldn’t withdraw, but the processing time felt longer than expected on two occasions and I had to follow up once with support to confirm the status. Support was polite and eventually helpful, but I’d love clearer timeline expectations inside the client area. Overall I’m satisfied and still using the account, just cautiously managing how much I keep on the platform.

I’m Mariam from Sharjah and I’ve been using Blackwell mainly for EUR/USD and gold on a Standard account. Order execution has been consistent for my style (mostly London session scalps and short swing holds), and I haven’t had any platform freezes on my side. Deposits were straightforward and showed up quickly, but the client area UI feels a bit cluttered—finding statements and swap details takes extra clicks, and the wording around funding methods could be clearer. Support was polite and actually followed up after my ticket, which I appreciated. Overall it’s been a solid experience with a few usability issues that I hope they tidy up.
