The good: the platform is straightforward, order execution has felt consistent during normal market hours, and spreads on majors have been reasonable for my style (I do short intraday trades, not heavy scalping). Depositing was simple and my balance updated quickly. The not-so-good: withdrawals have been a bit unpredictable. It’s not that I couldn’t withdraw, but the processing time felt longer than expected on two occasions and I had to follow up once with support to confirm the status. Support was polite and eventually helpful, but I’d love clearer timeline expectations inside the client area. Overall I’m satisfied and still using the account, just cautiously managing how much I keep on the platform.

Solid execution, but the client portal feels dated
