Main Arjun Mehta (Mumbai). 24 May ko $500 withdraw request kiya (bank transfer). Pehle 2 din ‘processing’ dikhata रहा, phir ‘under review’ ho gaya. Maine ticket raise kiya aur chat bhi kiya, but bas yahi bol rahe hain ‘compliance checking’. KYC already verified hai aur same bank account se pehle withdrawal ho chuka hai. Ab 7 din ho gaye (business days count karu to bhi kaafi), timeline clear nahi. Mujhe exact reason aur expected payout date chahiye.

Sneha Iyer, Chennai. I contacted support about a withdrawal status stuck on 'processing' with no updates. They replied once asking for my account email, then closed the ticket the next day saying 'resolved'. The withdrawal was still not completed at that time. I had to open a new ticket and follow up again. The lack of proper tracking and premature closure is the main issue.

Rahul Verma (New Delhi). US CPI ke time EUR/USD pe trade liya tha. Stop loss 1.0785 pe tha but fill 1.0776 pe hua (approx 9 pips slippage). Volatility samajh aati hai, but itna difference repeatedly ho raha hai. Maine logs/screenshot ke saath complaint dala, but support ne bas general market volatility ka reply de diya. Investigation/report kuch nahi diya.
