I’m Khalid from Abu Dhabi. I requested a withdrawal after closing my positions and the status stayed on “processing” longer than the timeframe I expected based on the FAQ. I understand checks can happen, but I didn’t get a clear ETA in the portal, so I had to follow up more than once. Support was polite and asked for an extra confirmation step, which I provided the same day, but the update in the account didn’t change for a while. In the end the issue seemed to be resolved, but the communication during the wait could be much better—an estimated timeline and proactive status updates would reduce the stress.

Sneha Iyer from Chennai. During the US CPI release (around mid-month), my XAU/USD trade slipped badly even with a stop loss in place. The fill was significantly worse than expected, and it happened within seconds. I understand volatility, but the difference felt excessive compared to other platforms I’ve used. Please review the execution for that timestamp and provide an explanation.

Main Arjun Mehta, Mumbai. City Index Standard account se maine 18 May ko bank transfer withdrawal request dala (HDFC). Amount approx $500 equivalent. Abhi 5 working days ho gaye and status bas ‘processing’ dikh raha. Email support ko 2 baar follow-up kiya, reply generic aaya ki verification review chal raha hai, but kya document chahiye ye clearly nahi bola. Please proper timeline do ya required docs clearly mention karo.

Priya Nair from Kochi. I placed a withdrawal request on 03 April to my bank account after trading EUR/USD and USD/JPY. The portal said 1–3 business days, but it crossed 5 business days. Support asked for address proof again even though it was already submitted during onboarding. I sent it the same day, but there was no clear confirmation or expected completion date. Please process it and improve communication.

Rahul Verma, New Delhi. City Index pe 22 June ko withdrawal request dala (bank transfer to ICICI). Amount around $500. Immediately extra KYC मांगा—same PAN/address proof jo pehle verify hua tha. Documents upload kar diya, but 3 din tak koi proper update nahi. Trading side ok hai but withdrawal time pe baar-baar verification is frustrating. Clear reason aur timeline share karo.
