Priya from Kochi. I submitted my PAN and address proof during signup, but when I placed a withdrawal request last week, Commsec asked for bank statement and an additional address document again. Because of this, my withdrawal is on hold for 3 working days now. It would be better if all KYC checks were done upfront rather than at payout time.

Mumbai se Arjun. Commsec Standard account. Maine 26th ko withdrawal request dala tha (bank transfer to HDFC), amount approx $500 ke equivalent. Status abhi tak ‘processing’ dikh raha hai. Support ko chat aur email dono kiya—bas bol rahe hain ‘24–48 hours’ but already 5 days ho gaye (weekend bhi count nahi kar raha). Please clear timeline do ya transaction reference share karo.

Rahul, New Delhi. NFP ke time main XAU/USD trade me tha. Normal spread ke compare me achanak spread bahut widen ho gaya and SL hit ho gaya, jab price chart pe waisa move itna nahi tha. Main samajhta hoon volatility hoti hai, but itna extreme spike fair nahi lagta. Please explain kaunsa liquidity source tha aur spread history share karo.

Sneha from Chennai. I raised a ticket regarding a delayed withdrawal status update and the ticket was marked ‘resolved’ twice without giving any transaction reference or bank processing details. Live chat asked me to wait again. This is frustrating because I need clear confirmation on timeline and status, not generic replies.
