I’m Khalid from Sharjah and I’ve been using CommSec alongside my regular FX accounts mainly for watching market news, placing the occasional trade, and keeping everything in one place. The platform feels stable and I haven’t had random freezes during busy sessions. Order tickets are clear and I like that confirmations are straightforward. What keeps it from being a perfect score is the overall cost/fee feel compared to some pure FX brokers, plus the onboarding and account admin steps felt a little slower and more formal than what I’m used to. Once the account was running, it was fine. Deposits were smooth for me, but withdrawals took a bit longer than I expected (not a problem, just not fast). Support was polite and professional—more “bank style” than “trader chat,” but they answered my questions without pushing me around.

I’m Layla from Al Ain and I’ve been using CommSec for about 6 months mainly to keep my positions organized and to place trades when I’m not at my desk. The platform feels stable and I like how clean the order tickets are, especially for setting stops and limits without too many extra clicks. Deposits worked fine for me and the steps were clear, but the initial account setup and verification felt slower than I expected. Once I was up and running, execution has been consistent and I haven’t had any scary platform freezes. Support was polite and professional when I asked a couple of basic questions (mostly about funding and account settings). They didn’t always resolve everything in the first message, but I didn’t feel ignored. Overall it’s a good experience and I’m comfortable continuing, but I’d love a faster onboarding flow and more proactive status updates during verification.
