Rahul (New Delhi). 14 March ko maine USD 500 withdrawal request raise ki thi (NEFT to ICICI). Usually 3 din lagte the, but is baar 5 working days tak pending raha. Ticket pe same ‘processing’ wala reply aata रहा. Clear reason/ETA nahi mila. 6th day ko credit hua but experience stressful tha. Derayah ko finance processing aur communication dono improve karna chahiye.

Arjun (Mumbai). Maine 22 April ko Derayah se withdrawal request dali thi (bank transfer to HDFC). Amount USD 500 approx ke around tha. Pehle withdrawals 2-3 working days mein aa gaye the, but is baar 5th working day tak pending tha. Support ko 2 baar email kiya, response aaya “finance team processing” but koi proper ETA ya reference nahi diya. 6th day ko amount credit hua, but communication bahut weak tha. Withdrawal status tracking aur timelines improve karo.

Sneha (Chennai). On 2 February I requested a USD 500 withdrawal to my Axis Bank account. The request stayed on ‘processing’ until the 5th working day. Funds arrived eventually, but there was no proactive update. Support asked me to wait and didn’t share any expected completion time. I’m not saying it’s a scam because I received it, but the delay and lack of transparency is not acceptable.

Vikram (Jaipur). Maine 9 June ko USD 500 withdraw kiya (bank transfer to HDFC). Portal pe bas ‘processing’ dikhata raha. 3rd day ko support ko mail kiya to bola ‘under review’. Finally 5 working days ke baad credit hua. Amount mil gaya but itna delay without proper update is frustrating. At least exact timeline aur reason clearly share karo.

Priya (Kochi). I placed a withdrawal request on 6 May to my SBI account. The amount was USD 500. The portal showed ‘processing’ for several days and I only received funds on the 5th working day. Support replied after ~24 hours with a generic message. I did get my money, but the timeline doesn’t match what is usually promised for bank withdrawals. Please provide clearer updates and faster processing.
