I’m Sanjay Reddy from Hyderabad and I’ve been using Derayah for the last 6 months mainly to place occasional forex and index trades alongside my other investments. Account opening and KYC were straightforward, and I didn’t have to chase anyone for basic steps. What I like: the platform feels stable during normal market hours, orders go through without random re-quotes, and the reporting/export is good enough for my own tracking. Funding the account worked on the first try and the balance reflected quickly. What I don’t like: the fee/spread breakdown isn’t always presented in a way that’s easy to understand before placing a trade, so I had to double-check statements to reconcile costs. Support is polite and generally responsive, but sometimes the replies feel templated and I need a follow-up to get a direct answer. Overall, it’s been a reliable experience for me, just not the cheapest and not the most transparent at a glance.

I’m Rahul Khandelwal from Jaipur, and I’ve been using Derayah for the last 6 months mainly for FX majors with small position sizes. The platform feels stable during normal market hours and I haven’t faced random disconnects. Order placement is straightforward and the price feed looks consistent on my end. What I didn’t like was the onboarding and verification pace. It wasn’t terrible, just slower than I expected, and I had to follow up once to confirm my documents were received. After that, everything worked fine. Deposits have been smooth for me with no surprises. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of them took an extra couple of business days compared to my previous broker, so I’m rating that part slightly lower. Support was polite and clear when I asked about the status; not instant replies, but I did get a proper answer. Overall it’s a solid experience and I’ll keep the account, but I’d love faster processing timelines and more proactive status updates.
