I’m Rahul from Pune and I opened a Standard account mainly for forex and a bit of indices. Account verification was straightforward and I didn’t have to chase anyone for basic steps. The platform connectivity has been stable for me and my market orders during normal liquidity hours filled without surprises. Spreads are generally okay on majors, but I noticed they can widen around news which is expected—just something to plan for. Where I think they can improve is the back-office reporting. The daily/weekly summaries are usable, but I still export to a spreadsheet to reconcile swaps/fees and to track performance properly. Support was polite and resolved my questions, but the answers sometimes felt templated and I had to ask follow-ups. Overall, it’s been a solid experience with a few UX/reporting tweaks needed to make it feel more transparent for active traders.

I’m Ahmed from Dubai and I’ve been using Derayah for about 6 months. The account opening process was straightforward and the verification steps were clear, which I appreciated. Platform performance has been stable for me and order placement feels reliable during normal market hours. Deposits have been consistently quick on my side, but I’m giving a slightly lower score overall because the reporting/statement layout took me time to understand. I had to double-check a couple of items to match my own tracking, and I’d like to see a more intuitive breakdown of fees and daily activity. Support was responsive when I asked about where to find specific confirmations, and they pointed me to the right place without bouncing me around. Overall, I’m happy and I’ll keep using it, just hoping the account reports become easier to read.
