Mumbai se Arjun. Maine 22 May ko withdrawal request dala tha (bank transfer to HDFC). Amount ₹21,300. Status abhi tak processing hi dikh raha hai. Chat pe bol rahe hain ‘finance team checking’ but exact ETA nahi de rahe. KYC already approved hai and pehle withdrawal 2 din me aa gaya tha. Is baar 4 working days ho gaye, please clear timeline do.

Rahul from New Delhi. 5 June ko maine ₹15,000 ka withdrawal request dala (ICICI bank transfer). 2 din baad sirf ₹5,000 aaya, baki pending dikh raha hai. Support bol raha hai ‘split payout’, but koi reference/UTR share nahi kiya. Trading I did on EUR/USD and GBP/JPY. Please remaining amount jaldi release karo aur tracking details do.

Priya from Kochi. I requested a withdrawal on 10 June (bank transfer) after trading GBP/USD and gold for a few weeks. They asked for re-verification again (selfie + bank proof), even though my account was already verified earlier. It’s been 3 business days and the withdrawal is still on hold. Support is only saying “compliance review”. Please speed this up and explain what exactly is pending.

Vikram from Jaipur. US CPI ke time XAU/USD me sell order dala with SL, but execution expected price se kaafi worse hua (slippage). Normal market me theek hai, but news events pe risk clearly communicate nahi karte. Maine clarification मांगा about execution policy and max slippage controls, but support ne basic reply diya. Please detailed execution policy share karo.
