I’m Kavya from Delhi and I opened an account mainly to get exposure to local names and try occasional FX hedges alongside my positions. The platform itself was stable for me (no random freezes) and order placement felt predictable during normal hours. Where I struggled was the onboarding/KYC flow—there were a few steps that weren’t explained clearly, so I ended up repeating uploads and waiting for confirmation emails. Deposits went through without drama, but I wouldn’t call it “instant” from my bank. Withdrawals did arrive, but the status updates could be better because I had to check twice to be sure it was in progress. Support was polite and professional, just a little slow when I asked very specific questions about settlement timing. Overall, it’s usable and feels structured, but it’s not the smoothest experience if you’re coming from more streamlined forex apps.

Platform-wise, it does what I need: watchlists, basic order types, and acceptable reporting. I’d love to see a more streamlined mobile experience and clearer notifications around corporate actions and settlement timelines. Overall it feels reliable, just not as modern as some international apps.
