Priya (Kochi) here. I placed a withdrawal request of $500 to my bank transfer on a Tuesday afternoon. It stayed in ‘processing’ status until the following Monday/Tuesday (around 5 business days). I had to message support twice to get any update, and the replies were generic (no specific reason or timeline). The money did arrive, but the delay and lack of clear status updates is frustrating. Please improve withdrawal transparency and response quality.

I requested a withdrawal and the dashboard status changed to ‘processed’, but my bank didn’t receive the funds for several additional business days. I understand banking delays can happen, but the confusing part was the status making it look fully completed. I contacted support twice and got generic replies asking me to wait. It eventually arrived, but I’d like clearer tracking (like reference number / transfer details) and more specific updates.

Main Arjun (Mumbai). GTCFX par Standard account se maine $500 ka withdrawal request bank transfer ke liye dala tha. Request Monday morning (11:20 AM IST) submit kiya, status ‘processing’ pe 6 working days tak raha. Beech mein ek baar additional verification ka mail aaya, maine same day documents upload kar diye. Support ko 2 baar follow-up kiya, but bas ‘finance team checking’ type generic reply mila. Amount end mein credit ho gaya, but itna delay aur unclear communication problem hai. Please proper ETA aur tracking do.
