I’m Kavya from Chennai and I’ve been trading mainly EURUSD and XAUUSD. Overall my experience with GTCFX has been positive over the last 6 months. Execution feels snappy during London open and I haven’t noticed weird requotes on market orders. Spreads are generally fair for a Standard account, though they do widen a bit around major news so I avoid placing new trades right at CPI/NFP. Deposits went through without drama and the account was ready to trade quickly. Withdrawals have worked, but one payout took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once with support to get an update. Support was polite and gave me a clear status instead of copy‑paste answers. Biggest downside for me is the client dashboard/mobile flow—it’s not hard, but it could be more intuitive when checking transaction history and downloading statements. If they polish the UI and keep execution consistent, I’d be happy to stick with them.

I’m Omar from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD and some gold on a Standard account. Overall the spreads and execution feel competitive during normal market hours, and I haven’t had random requotes on MT5 the way I’ve had with some smaller brokers. Deposit was straightforward (local transfer) and credited the same day. Withdrawals have been okay but not consistently fast—my last one took a bit longer than I expected because it fell around a weekend and then needed an extra confirmation step. Support was polite and did follow up, but I had to nudge them once to get a clear ETA. If they improve the client portal/app speed and give clearer status updates for withdrawals, it would be close to a 5 for my use case.
