I’m Neha from Mumbai and I’ve been trading majors (mostly EURUSD and GBPUSD) on a Standard account for the last 6 months. Overall the trading experience has been reliable—orders usually fill quickly and I haven’t seen any random platform disconnects during active sessions. Deposits went through without drama and the funds reflected in my account fairly fast. Where I think they can improve is the client portal: a couple of steps feel a bit clunky (especially when switching between payment options or downloading statements). Support has been polite and they answered my questions about trading hours and margin requirements, though I had to follow up once to get a clearer response. Withdrawals have been okay, but not as fast as I’d like—my last one took longer than expected due to verification checks. Nothing alarming, just not “instant.” If they streamline the portal and make the withdrawal timeline more transparent, it would easily be a 5/5 for me.

I’m Sara from Sharjah and I’ve been using PacificUnion for a few months mostly for EUR/USD and gold. The platform connection has been stable for me and spreads are generally competitive during London/NY sessions. Execution feels fine on market orders, and I didn’t notice anything unusual with slippage outside of high-impact news. Funding the account was straightforward and credited quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that one of my withdrawals took longer than expected and I had to follow up twice to get a clear timeline. It did arrive, but the communication could be more proactive. Support was polite and solved my MT5 login reset on the first try, so overall I’m satisfied and will keep the account as a secondary broker.
