I’m based in Dubai and requested a withdrawal that stayed in “processing” longer than the estimated timeframe shown in the portal. I understand checks can happen, but the status updates were not very informative and I had to follow up more than once to get a clear timeline. The funds eventually moved forward, but the communication during the delay was the frustrating part.
