Solid execution, but app alerts could be better

I’m Sara from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using the Standard account for the past 6 months mainly for USD pairs and occasional gold. Order execution has been consistent for my style (short intraday holds), and I like that the platform feels stable during busy sessions. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but the timing felt a bit uneven—one request processed fast while another took longer than I expected, even though it still landed within the stated window. Support was polite and clear when I asked about margin requirements and swap details, but I had to follow up once to get a complete answer. Overall it’s a reliable experience for regular trading, with a few small UX issues like alerts/notifications that could be more customizable.
