Solid execution, app could be smoother

I’m Sara from Sharjah and I’ve been trading mostly major FX pairs and a bit of gold with an ADCB Securities Standard account. Overall the execution has been reliable and I rarely see random spikes or obvious slippage outside of big news. Funding the account was straightforward and the steps were clear, although the first time I had to double-check which reference to use so it matches correctly. My main complaint is the platform/app experience: it feels a bit heavy at times, and switching between watchlists and open positions can lag during busy market hours. Support was polite and followed up, but the answers sometimes sound like they’re reading from a checklist. If the UI performance improves, I’d rate it higher because the core trading side has been consistent for me.
