The main positive is that order placement feels responsive most of the time, and I haven’t faced random platform freezes during London session. Spreads are okay for my style (mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD intraday), though they can widen more than I expect around news. Depositing was straightforward and credited quickly, but the payment flow could be clearer about fees and expected processing time. Withdrawals did arrive for me, but not consistently fast—one small payout came in a day, another took a few business days and required me to follow up. Support is polite and replies, but answers can feel a bit templated and I had to ask the same question twice to get a direct confirmation. Overall I can trade here, but I wouldn’t call it seamless. If they improve the clarity around funding/withdrawals and make support more decisive, I’d rate it higher.
