Execution feels generally responsive and I haven’t had random disconnects during London open, which matters a lot to me. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly on my end. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the withdrawal experience: it wasn’t a disaster, but it felt more manual than I expected and the status updates were not very clear. I did receive my funds, but I had to check in once with support for an update. Support was polite and didn’t try to push me into anything, but responses were sometimes a bit templated. If they improve the withdrawal status tracking/notifications, I’d rate them higher.
