Spreads were competitive during London session and I had no major slippage issues on major pairs. Mobile app works well for monitoring positions.

I’m Ahmed Hassan from Al Ain (UAE). I’ve been trading with Dukascopy for about 6 months on a Standard account. Overall it feels like a serious brokerage: execution is consistent during normal liquidity and I like the depth of tools and reporting. The platform options are solid and I didn’t face random disconnects. On the downside, the onboarding and account setup felt a bit “bank-like” and takes time if you’re used to instant signups. Also, some of the settings and fee information are spread across different pages, so as a new client I had to double-check details before placing bigger trades. Deposits were smooth for me and showed up as expected. Withdrawals worked, but took longer than I assumed on my first attempt (not a problem, just slower than some other brokers I’ve used). Support was professional and answered clearly, but not always immediately during peak hours. Net: good experience for a trader who values stability and structure, just be ready for a more formal process.
