Good overall experience, but fees/spreads need clearer labeling

I’m Ahmed from Dubai and I’ve been using Nexo for about six months mainly as a place to park funds between trades and to move money in/out quickly. Onboarding was smooth and the app feels stable. Deposits via bank transfer hit my account without drama, and I like having a clear transaction history for each movement. Where I think Nexo can improve is the way costs are presented at the point of conversion. When I swap between currencies, the final rate sometimes feels a bit wider than I expected, and I have to dig into the details to understand what portion is spread vs. any processing charge. It’s not a deal-breaker, but more transparency upfront would help me plan position sizing and avoid small surprises. Support has been polite and generally helpful. I had one ticket where the first reply felt like a template, but after I clarified, they answered properly with timelines and steps. Overall: solid platform for what I use it for, just needs clearer fee/spread disclosure during conversions.
