Smooth transfers and clear app, but spreads can feel wide in fast markets

Deposits have been consistently straightforward for me and I’ve never had a deposit go missing. Where I think they can improve is pricing during high-volatility moments. When I’m converting or moving between currencies quickly, the effective spread sometimes feels wider than I expect, so I try to avoid doing it right around big news. Support has been decent—no miracle responses, but I’ve gotten clear explanations when I asked about fees and settlement times. Overall it’s a good experience for convenience and day-to-day use, just not always the cheapest option if you’re extremely cost sensitive during fast markets.
