I’m Kavya Nair from Bangalore and I’ve been using Nexo for about 6 months mainly to move funds in and out around my trading activity. The signup and verification were straightforward for me, and the app is clean and fast. Deposits usually show up quickly and the status updates are clear. What I didn’t love is that the fee/limits structure takes a bit of digging to fully understand, especially when you’re moving between wallets or trying different withdrawal options. Nothing felt unsafe, just a little too many tiers/conditions to keep track of. Support helped when I asked about transfer statuses, but the first reply felt a bit templated and I had to follow up to get a direct answer. Overall it’s a good experience and I still use it, I just wish the costs and limits were explained more simply in one place.
