I’m Fatima from Al Ain (UAE) and I’ve been using Nexo mainly alongside my FX routine to move funds and manage balances. The app is genuinely easy to navigate, and onboarding/KYC was straightforward for me. Deposits landed fast and I could start converting and moving money without chasing confirmations. What I’d like to see improved is fee transparency at the point of execution. I’m not saying it’s expensive every time, but I had a couple of conversions where the final cost wasn’t as obvious until after the fact. A clearer preview (all-in cost) before confirming would help a lot. Support was polite when I asked about limits and processing times, though replies weren’t instant. Overall it’s been reliable for day-to-day use, just not perfect on the cost clarity side.
