Overall the platform experience has been stable for me—orders go through without weird freezes, and the spreads are usually acceptable for my style. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. What I’d like to see improved is clearer communication around withdrawal processing timelines and what exactly to expect after submitting a request. My withdrawal did go through, but the status updates in between weren’t very informative, so I had to double-check with support. Support was polite and didn’t dodge questions, but the answers sometimes felt template-based until I provided screenshots and exact timestamps. After that, it was fine. Net: solid trading experience, small friction on the back-office side. I’d keep using it, but I’d like more transparency on processing steps.
