I’m Ananya from Mumbai and I opened a Standard account mainly to test the mobile experience and basic FX/CFD execution. Account setup was straightforward and the platform looks modern, with charts that load quickly even on average internet. Deposits worked on the first attempt and the balance updated quickly. Trading itself was okay for swing trades, but for faster entries I noticed spreads can widen more than I expect around news. The biggest issue for me is that the cost breakdown (spread vs any other charges) isn’t always obvious inside the platform, so I had to double-check the trade history to understand what I actually paid. Support was polite and responded within the same day, but the answers felt a bit templated. Overall it’s usable, just needs better transparency on trading costs and a more detailed fee page inside the app.

Okay for basic trading, but the platform feels a bit clunky

Account opening and verification were straightforward for me, and I was able to get funded without too much back-and-forth. The biggest downside for me is the overall platform experience. It works, but the UI feels dated and I had a couple of moments where charts took longer to refresh. Decent execution, but the portal feels a bit clunky
