I’m Omar from Dubai and I opened a Standard account mainly for EUR/USD and gold scalps. The platform itself was stable for me and orders usually filled without drama, which is what I care about most. What I didn’t like is that the cost structure wasn’t obvious on day one—I had to dig through the portal and a couple of emails to understand which charges apply in my case (especially around overnight holding and some non-trading fees). Deposit via card went through quickly, but withdrawals took longer than I expected and the status updates were a bit generic. Support was polite and answered, but the replies felt templated until I asked very specific questions. Overall it’s workable, just not as transparent as I’d like.
