It works, but it feels a bit clunky and I sometimes need an extra step to find statements or confirm account settings. Mostly smooth execution, platform setup took some patience

Spreads felt reasonable during normal hours, but they do widen around high-impact news, so I avoid entering right on releases. The only real friction for me was onboarding and getting everything set up the way I like (server choice, platform settings, and confirming which instruments were available on my account). Once I got past that, it’s been stable and predictable. I’d rate it higher if the back office UX was a bit clearer and if the support responses were a bit faster during busy times.
