I’m Kavya from Pune and I’ve been trading mainly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account for about 6 months. Overall the platform experience has been smooth: orders go through without drama and I haven’t noticed random disconnects during active sessions. Deposits were straightforward for me and credited the same day. Where I think ADSS can improve is the withdrawal flow and communication. My first withdrawal went through, but I kept checking because the status messages didn’t explain the stages clearly (submitted vs. processed vs. bank side). It wasn’t a big issue in the end, just more waiting/refreshing than I expected. Support was polite and gave a reasonable explanation, but the response felt a bit templated. Still, for regular trading the service has been reliable enough that I’m continuing with it.
