Account opening was straightforward and verification didn’t feel like a back-and-forth. Execution has been stable for my style (I usually trade London/NY overlap, not scalping). Spreads are generally reasonable, and the platform connection has been reliable with no random disconnects on my side. My only frustration is withdrawals: they do arrive, but the estimated processing time wasn’t very clear inside the portal, so I found myself checking the status more than I should. Support answered politely and gave an update, but I’d prefer more transparent timelines and status steps. Overall it’s been a solid experience and I’m comfortable continuing, just hoping the withdrawal tracking becomes more informative.
