Overall it feels like a serious, stable broker—orders fill consistently and I rarely see platform hiccups even during busy sessions. What I liked: pricing is generally competitive on the majors, charts and order tickets are straightforward, and the account area is well-organized. I also appreciate that trade history and statements are easy to export for my own tracking. What I didn’t like: costs can add up depending on the product and how long you hold positions. I also had a couple of moments where the spread widened more than I expected around news, which isn’t unique to OANDA but still worth noting. Support was responsive the two times I contacted them, though the first reply felt a bit template-like and I had to ask a follow-up to get a clear answer.
