I’m Arjun from Pune and I’ve been trading major FX pairs and a bit of gold on OANDA for the last 6 months. Overall it feels like a serious, stable broker—orders fill consistently and I rarely see platform hiccups even during busy sessions. What I liked: pricing is generally competitive on the majors, charts and order tickets are straightforward, and the account area is well-organized. I also appreciate that trade history and statements are easy to export for my own tracking. What I didn’t like: costs can add up depending on the product and how long you hold positions. I also had a couple of moments where the spread widened more than I expected around news, which isn’t unique to OANDA but still worth noting. Support was responsive the two times I contacted them, though the first reply felt a bit template-like and I had to ask a follow-up to get a clear answer. I’m still using the account and would recommend it to anyone who wants a stable trading experience and doesn’t mind double-checking the fee structure before scaling up.

I’m Fatima from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using OANDA for about six months on a Standard account. The onboarding was straightforward and I like how stable the platform feels during busy market hours. Order placement is simple and I haven’t had random disconnects, which matters a lot when I’m managing stops. Spreads are generally competitive for the majors during normal liquidity, but around news the pricing can widen more than I expect, so I’ve learned to reduce size or stay out. The reporting and account history are clean, but I wish the cost breakdown (swap/overnight and any conversion charges) was presented more clearly in one place. Deposits were smooth for me and credited quickly. Withdrawals arrived, but not as fast as I’d like—there was one transfer that took longer than the estimate and required me to check the status. Support was polite and answered my questions, though the responses felt a bit template-like at first. Overall, I’m comfortable trading here and I’ll keep the account, but I’d give it a higher score if withdrawal timelines and fee transparency were tighter.
