I’m Layla from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using OctaFX on a Standard account for about 6 months mainly for EUR/USD and XAU/USD. Execution has been mostly smooth for my swing trades and the spreads are competitive during normal hours. Deposits were easy from my side and credited quickly, which is why I rated that part high. Withdrawals have worked, but one payout took longer than I expected (still arrived, just not as fast as the earlier ones), so I’m keeping the withdrawal rating slightly lower. Support was polite and answered my questions about account verification and trading hours, but sometimes I had to follow up once to get a full, clear answer. Overall I’m satisfied and would keep using it, but I’d love to see more consistent withdrawal timing and a bit more clarity in the app around fees and processing steps.
