I’m Youssef from Al Ain and I’ve been using OctaFX for about 6 months mostly for EURUSD and XAUUSD intraday. Overall it’s been a straightforward experience: the account setup was quick, I funded without confusion, and I was trading the same day. Spreads are generally reasonable during normal liquidity, and execution felt stable for my market orders. What keeps it from being a full 5 stars is a handful of small issues that add up: around major news the spreads can widen more than I expect, and I’ve had a couple of times where the app notifications were delayed (so I relied on my own alerts instead). Support was polite and answered, but sometimes I needed to follow up to get a clear, final answer rather than links to general help pages. Still, for a standard retail account and normal trading hours, it’s been dependable enough that I keep it in my rotation.

Execution has been mostly smooth for my swing trades and the spreads are competitive during normal hours. Deposits were easy from my side and credited quickly, which is why I rated that part high. Withdrawals have worked, but one payout took longer than I expected (still arrived, just not as fast as the earlier ones), so I’m keeping the withdrawal rating slightly lower. Support was polite and answered my questions about account verification and trading hours, but sometimes I had to follow up once to get a full, clear answer. Overall I’m satisfied and would keep using it, but I’d love to see more consistent withdrawal timing and a bit more clarity in the app around fees and processing steps.
