I’m Vikram from Bangalore and I’ve been trading major FX pairs and a bit of gold on a Standard account. Overall the fills have been consistent for my style (mostly intraday, 5–30 minute holds) and spreads are generally reasonable during London/NY overlap. Deposit was straightforward from my side—funds reflected quickly and I didn’t have to chase anyone. The platform side is mostly stable, but the mobile experience feels a little clunky at times: switching between charts and orders can lag, and it’s not always as responsive when volatility spikes. Support has been helpful when I asked about swap rates and contract details; they replied with clear steps instead of copy-paste answers. Withdrawals work, but my last one took longer than I expected (still arrived, just not as fast as the deposit). If they improve mobile performance and make withdrawals a bit quicker, it would be close to a 5 for me.
