I’ve been trading from Ajman for a few months and overall my experience with ThinkMarkets has been positive. Execution on major FX pairs felt consistent during normal market hours, and I didn’t notice anything unusual with fills when I was trading smaller position sizes. The platform itself is stable for day-to-day use, but the client area can feel a bit cluttered—finding some settings took me longer than it should. Deposit was straightforward and the funds showed up in my account without drama. Withdrawals worked, but the processing time wasn’t always the same—one payout was quick, another took an extra business day and I had to double-check the status in the portal. Support answered my questions politely and gave clear steps, even though the first reply was a little generic. Not perfect, but reliable enough that I’m still using it as one of my accounts.

Overall my experience has been positive: spreads are usually reasonable during liquid hours and I haven’t noticed weird price jumps beyond normal news volatility. Platform connection has been stable for me on both desktop and mobile. Deposits were straightforward using my card and the balance reflected quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not always as fast as I expected—one payout took an extra business day compared to the previous one, so I’m keeping my expectations realistic. Support has been helpful when I asked about swap rates and account statements. The only thing I’d improve is the client portal UX; finding certain reports and settings takes more clicks than it should. Still, I’d keep them on my shortlist for regular trading.
