I’m trading from Ajman and I opened my account mainly because I wanted a broker that feels established and reliable for long-term investing, with the option to do FX when needed. The overall experience has been steady: the platform is stable, order placement is consistent, and I haven’t had any “surprise” behavior during normal market conditions. For forex specifically, my main feedback is that it’s not as front-and-center as brokers that are built purely for FX. I had to spend time finding the right sections, understanding which tools apply to FX, and getting comfortable with the layout. Once I got used to it, execution was fine for my style (I’m not a high-frequency scalper), but the workflow still feels more “investment-first” than “FX-first.” Deposits were straightforward and reflected as expected. Withdrawals worked, but the process felt more formal than some apps—I’d prefer clearer step-by-step status updates rather than waiting and checking. Support was polite and professional, but the answers were a little generic until I asked very specific questions. Overall, I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account, just hoping for a slightly more streamlined forex experience.

I trade mainly around London/NY overlap from Hyderabad, and my overall experience has been steady. Order fills are generally clean and I’ve had no scary platform outages on my side. The research and account management tools feel mature, but for pure forex trading the workflow sometimes feels like it’s not the main focus (a few extra clicks compared with brokers that are FX-first). Deposits went through without drama, though the verification/initial setup felt a bit procedural. Support was polite and professional, but not always quick when my question was very platform-specific. Overall: reliable and transparent-feeling, but I’d like a more streamlined FX ticket and clearer cost breakdown at the point of trade.

I’m Sanjay Sharma from Bangalore and I opened an account mainly because I wanted everything in one place (cash management + trading). For FX-style exposure I’m mostly using the tools available in the platform rather than anything fancy. What I liked: order fills have been consistent for my style (I’m not scalping), and the statements/tax-style reports are very clear compared to some apps I’ve tried. The platform feels stable during normal market hours and I haven’t had random disconnects. What could be better: the FX side of the experience doesn’t feel as streamlined as brokers that are “FX-first”. Finding certain currency-related instruments and comparing costs takes a few extra clicks. Also, I had to double-check a couple of fee lines on my first month statement to understand what was included. Overall, I’m staying because it feels reliable and the back-office side is strong. If you’re an active FX scalper, you might want something more specialized, but for steady trading and good reporting it’s been positive for me.

Main Sneha Iyer (Chennai) hoon. Standard account use kiya around 7 months. Deposit maine Visa credit card se kiya tha—instant credit. Trading: EUR/USD and AUD/USD mostly. Normal conditions me fills fine, but jab volatility high hoti hai tab stop/limit executions me difference aa jata hai. One time AUD/USD pe my limit order filled, but a slight delay (few seconds) and price moved away. Withdrawal: $300 withdraw to bank transfer. It took 5 business days including one extra day because ‘compliance review’. They didn’t explain until I emailed. Support team polite hai, but updates proactively nahi dete. Overall average experience.
