Spreads were competitive during London session and I had no major slippage issues on major pairs. Mobile app works well for monitoring positions.

I’m Sanjay from Pune and I used FXGiants mainly for simple EURUSD and gold trades on MT4. Account opening was smooth and I could place trades without platform issues, but on the Standard account the spreads felt wider than I expected during active sessions, so scalping wasn’t really comfortable for me. Deposits went through quickly and the client portal was easy enough. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as fast as I was hoping—nothing dramatic, just slower than some other brokers I’ve tried. Support replied politely when I asked about fees and account settings, but the answers felt a bit templated and I had to follow up to get clarity. Not the worst experience, just average overall. If the pricing on Standard was tighter, I’d rate it higher.

The account setup and verification were straightforward, but the client portal feels a bit cluttered—finding statements and changing small account settings took more clicks than it should. Spreads are generally acceptable for my style (short swing and occasional intraday), though I still avoid entering right at major data releases. Deposits went through without issues using card, and the balance updated quickly. Withdrawals worked, but they weren’t as fast as I expected the first time and I had to double-check the status page a couple of times. Support was polite and answered my questions clearly, even if the first reply was a little templated. Net: good trading conditions for my needs, just room to improve the portal UX and make withdrawal status updates clearer.

Order placement has been mostly smooth and I didn’t face random disconnects during normal market hours. Spreads were acceptable for swing trades, but during high-volatility news candles I noticed they widened more than I expected, so I stopped scalping around events. Deposits went through without drama (I used a bank transfer once and an online method another time). Withdrawals worked, but the processing time wasn’t consistent—one payout came quickly and another took a few extra business days with no clear status update until I followed up. Support was polite and eventually helpful, but I had to repeat the same information (ticket number, account email, withdrawal reference) more than once. Overall, it’s usable for my style, but I’d like clearer tracking on withdrawals and a more modern client area.
