I’m Aarav from Ahmedabad and I’ve been using Spreadex on and off alongside my main broker for about 6 months. For what I need (mostly EUR/GBP and GBP/USD around London open), the platform feels stable and the order ticket is straightforward. Execution has been consistent on normal market conditions and I haven’t had any unexpected platform freezes. The main reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the overall UI can feel a bit busy when you start adding multiple watchlists and charts, and I had to spend time finding where certain account reports were. Also, spreads can widen more than I’d like during major news, so I avoid trading high-impact releases here. Deposits were smooth for me and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as fast as I expected the first time, so I’m rating that slightly lower. Support was polite and answered my questions, though it wasn’t instant. Overall: reliable for my day-to-day trades, just needs a cleaner navigation and clearer reporting sections.

The platform feels stable and the spread/cost info is shown clearly enough that I can plan entries without guessing. Order execution has been consistent for my small-to-mid position sizes, and I like that the interface doesn’t feel cluttered once you get used to it. My only friction point was onboarding/KYC and getting the account fully ready—nothing dramatic, just more back-and-forth than I expected and it slowed down my first week. Also, during high-volatility moments the quote updates feel a bit delayed compared to what I see on my secondary charting app, so I’ve had to be more conservative with market orders. Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend it to someone who values a straightforward experience, but I’d like faster initial verification and a slightly smoother experience during news spikes.

The web platform feels stable and the order tickets are straightforward (market/limit/stop without too many extra clicks). Spreads have been generally reasonable during normal hours and I haven’t seen anything that felt “off” when I compared fills to my charts. Deposits were easy from my side and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not always as fast as I expected—nothing extreme, just a bit inconsistent depending on the day/time I requested. Customer support was polite and actually answered my specific questions, but I did have to follow up once when I asked for a breakdown of fees shown on my statement. Overall I’m happy enough to keep the account for now, but I’d love more transparent reporting in the account history (clearer line items and an easier export).
