Trading conditions at Maybankke were acceptable, but one withdrawal took longer than expected. Eventually received funds after additional verification.

I’m Sara from Al Ain and I’ve been using MaybankKE for about 6 months mainly for FX majors and some gold. The execution has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday, a few swings), and I didn’t see any weird spikes on the charts during normal liquidity hours. Spreads are generally acceptable, but I do notice they widen more than I expected around news. Depositing was straightforward and the funds showed up without drama. Withdrawals did go through, but they weren’t instant—more like “plan ahead” timing. Support was polite and clear when I asked about account settings and trading hours, although I had to follow up once to get the final confirmation. Overall it feels reliable, just not the most modern user experience compared to newer apps. I’ll keep it as a secondary account for now.

Overall the execution felt consistent during normal market hours and the spreads were in line with what I expected for this account type. Depositing was straightforward and the funds reflected in my account without confusion. Where I think they can improve is the mobile experience—charts load a bit slowly on my phone and switching between watchlists sometimes lags. Support was polite and actually answered my questions, but the response time varied depending on the day. Withdrawals worked, but it wasn’t as fast as deposits. I didn’t face any major issues, just a bit more waiting than I’d prefer. If they tighten up the app performance and make withdrawals quicker, it would be close to a 5 for my use case.
