Support at Fullerton answered my KYC questions within a few hours. The onboarding process was straightforward for a standard account from Delhi.

I’m Youssef from Ajman, and I’ve been using Fullerton mostly for EURUSD and gold on MT4. Execution feels stable during normal sessions and I didn’t notice weird re-quotes. Spreads are generally acceptable for my style (short intraday trades), and the client portal is simple enough to manage accounts. My only downside is the withdrawal flow: it works, but the status updates are not very detailed, so I’m left guessing whether it’s processing or waiting on the bank. Support answered politely and followed up, but I’d like more transparency and an estimated timeline inside the portal. Overall I’m comfortable continuing, just hoping they improve the payout tracking and messaging.

Execution on majors has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday EURUSD and XAUUSD) and the platform has been stable during normal market hours. Spreads feel reasonable most days, and I haven’t had any surprise markups that made me question the fills. Deposit was straightforward using my usual payment method and the funds reflected quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is withdrawals: they did go through, but the processing time felt a bit unpredictable. One time it was fast, another time it took longer than I expected, and I had to check the status more than once. Support is generally responsive. When I asked about withdrawal timelines and account documents, they answered clearly, though I’d like more proactive updates inside the client area. Overall, I’m happy to keep it as one of my accounts, just hoping they make withdrawal timing more consistent.

Overall the execution has been consistent during normal market hours and I don’t feel like I’m fighting the platform to get in and out of trades. Spreads on majors are usually acceptable for my swing trades, and I like that the account setup didn’t take long. What kept this from being a 5-star experience is the mobile experience. The app feels a bit heavy at times and switching between charts and order history isn’t always smooth. I also had one weekend where prices updated slowly when I was checking positions (could have been my connection, but it happened more than once). Deposits were straightforward and reflected quickly. Withdrawals worked, but not as fast as I expected—nothing dramatic, just a couple of extra business days and one additional verification step that I didn’t anticipate. Support was polite and actually followed up, which I appreciate. In short: dependable trading experience, but there’s room to improve the user interface and the overall speed of the client area.

Execution on EUR/USD and GBP/USD has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday), and I rarely see weird spikes on the quotes during normal liquidity. Deposits through my usual method went through smoothly and the balance reflected quickly. Withdrawals worked, but it wasn’t as fast as I expected the first time because I had to re-upload one document after it was rejected for being cropped. After that, it was better. Support is polite and tries to help, but the replies can feel a bit templated until you push for specifics. Overall it’s a good experience for trading, just wish the client area and reporting were more modern and clearer.
