I’m Omar from Dubai and I’ve been using Fullerton mainly for EURUSD and XAUUSD on MT4. Execution has been stable for me during normal market hours and I haven’t had any random disconnections. Spreads are generally acceptable on a Standard account, although they widen noticeably around major news which I now avoid. Deposits by card were straightforward and showed up quickly in my trading balance. Withdrawals did arrive, but not always as fast as the deposit side—one request took longer than I expected and required me to follow up once with support. Support was polite and clear, and they explained the processing steps without blaming me or giving scripted answers. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account for swing trades, but I’d like more consistent withdrawal turnaround times and clearer status updates inside the client portal.

Spreads were acceptable during normal hours, but around major news I noticed widening more than I expected, so I now avoid entering right before high-impact events. Deposit was smooth from my side and the funds reflected quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the withdrawal experience: it did go through, but the status updates weren’t very transparent and I had to double-check with support to understand the timeline. Support replied politely and did follow up, just not as fast as I would like during the waiting period. If they improve the withdrawal tracking/communication, I’d be happy to rate them higher because the trading side has been consistent for me.

Steady execution, small hiccups with withdrawal timing

The only thing keeping this from a 5-star for me is withdrawals: they do arrive, but my last two withdrawals took longer than expected because of extra verification steps and a couple of back-and-forth emails. Support was polite and did respond, but it wasn’t always on the first reply. Once everything was confirmed, the payout came through. If you’re okay with a bit of admin on the first couple of withdrawals, it’s been a solid broker for day-to-day trading.
