Execution on majors has been consistent for me and the spreads felt reasonable during normal market hours. I mostly trade intraday on EUR/USD and XAU/USD and I didn’t notice anything weird like constant re-quotes. The main downside is the client area/mobile flow—sometimes it takes a couple of tries to load statements or confirm smaller profile changes. It’s not a deal breaker, just feels less polished than the trading side. Deposits were straightforward with my usual method, but withdrawals were not as instant as I expected. They did arrive, just needed a bit more patience and one follow-up with support.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the withdrawal experience: it did go through, but the status updates weren’t very transparent and I had to double-check with support to understand the timeline. Support replied politely and did follow up, just not as fast as I would like during the waiting period. If they improve the withdrawal tracking/communication, I’d be happy to rate them higher because the trading side has been consistent for me.

Steady execution, small hiccups with withdrawal timing

Overall the experience has been smooth on MT4—orders go through quickly during normal market hours and I haven’t seen weird spikes on majors while I’m in a trade. Spreads are generally acceptable for my style (mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD intraday), though around big news they widen more than I’d like, so I avoid placing stops too tight. Deposits via card were straightforward and credited fast. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star for me is withdrawals: they do arrive, but my last two withdrawals took longer than expected because of extra verification steps and a couple of back-and-forth emails. Support was polite and did respond, but it wasn’t always on the first reply. Once everything was confirmed, the payout came through. If you’re okay with a bit of admin on the first couple of withdrawals, it’s been a solid broker for day-to-day trading.
