Mostly smooth execution on MT4, but funding options could be clearer

I’m Ananya from Bangalore and I’ve been trading EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account for the last 6 months. Overall the platform side has been solid for my style (short holds and occasional scalps). Orders usually go through cleanly during normal sessions and I haven’t had random freezes on my end. Deposit was straightforward, but the deposit page felt a bit confusing the first time because there were multiple steps and I wasn’t sure which reference/notes were required. Once I followed the instructions, the balance reflected without drama. Withdrawals have worked, but the processing time was not always consistent. One small withdrawal came quickly, another one took longer than I expected and I had to check in with support to confirm the status. Support was polite and gave me a clear answer when I asked about the timeline. I’d like to see better in-app status updates so I don’t have to message to know where things stand. Not perfect, but good enough that I’m still using it for part of my trading.
