Overall it’s been reliable and I haven’t had any scary surprises. Deposits have been straightforward on my side and credited the same day in my experience. Withdrawals also worked, but they weren’t always as quick as I expected—one time it took a bit longer than usual because of an extra confirmation step. Support is generally helpful and polite, especially when I’m asking basic account questions, but I did have to follow up once to get a clear answer about fees. The main thing I’d like improved is the app/portal responsiveness during busy hours; it sometimes feels a little sluggish when markets are moving. For a UAE-based trader who wants something stable and familiar, I’d say it’s a good option, just not “perfect” yet.
