I’m Layla from Abu Dhabi and I opened an account mainly because I wanted something that plays nicely with local banking. Funding was straightforward and the confirmation emails/SMS were clear. I mostly trade major FX pairs and a bit of gold, and execution has been stable during normal market hours. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the overall platform experience. Some sections feel dated and it takes too many clicks to find basic things like daily statements and fee breakdowns. I also had one withdrawal that took longer than I expected, but it did arrive. Support was polite and professional when I asked about margin requirements, but the answers were a little template-like at first until I pushed for specifics. Overall, it’s reliable for me, just not the most modern user experience.

I’m Omar from Al Ain (UAE). I’ve been using Albilad for about six months mainly for simple spot FX positioning and checking rates before I place trades. Overall it’s been reliable and I haven’t had any scary surprises. Deposits have been straightforward on my side and credited the same day in my experience. Withdrawals also worked, but they weren’t always as quick as I expected—one time it took a bit longer than usual because of an extra confirmation step. Support is generally helpful and polite, especially when I’m asking basic account questions, but I did have to follow up once to get a clear answer about fees. The main thing I’d like improved is the app/portal responsiveness during busy hours; it sometimes feels a little sluggish when markets are moving. For a UAE-based trader who wants something stable and familiar, I’d say it’s a good option, just not “perfect” yet.
